Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring needs and draft effective job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Conduct telephonic screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate the entire interview process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.
• Support HR operations, including employee records, documentation, and engagement activities.
