Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing to onboarding
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
  • Manage HR documentation and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
  • Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Admin or related field
  • 1+ year experience in recruitment or HR preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and hiring practices
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
