HR Recruiter

Hiring Alert: HR Recruiter (On-site)

Location: Azadpur (SBI Bank Colony)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 (based on experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)

Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports with management.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Stay updated with current recruitment trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment (non-IT or IT).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
