Location: Guwahati (On-site)
Role: HR Recruiter (100% Recruitment Focus)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, telephonic interviews, coordination, documentation & offer rollout.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Handle onboarding formalities and maintain personal files.
• Support employee engagement activities (festivals, birthdays, anniversaries).

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hiring through Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, etc.
• Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
• Strong command over MS Word & Excel.
