Job Summary:

As an HR Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews – specifically for roles in architecture, engineering, and BIM. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements in coordination with technical teams
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Source candidates through databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and campus drives
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Support onboarding processes for new hires
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and career events

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
