Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Provide support to other HR initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or HR preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
