Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunity—especially within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching roles in schools and educational institutions.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media.
• Drafting job descriptions according to Client's requirements and posting jobs across platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate client interviews.
• Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate and client database.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support in onboarding and follow-up with selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR consultancy (education recruitment preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of school hiring requirements and current market trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, job portals, and recruitment tools.
