Job Description: HR Recruiter

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter (IT Segment) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technology talent that aligns with our organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT landscape, strong communication and assessment skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions across various departments.
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical fit, experience, and culture alignment.
• Coordinate with department heads and team leads to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication at all stages of recruitment.
• Document and update candidate and hiring data accurately in the company’s recruitment portal.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and hiring standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring roles.
• Strong understanding of software development roles, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media for talent acquisition.
