Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with Director.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other related documents.
- Support in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Employee engagement / Employee relations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or similar HR roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (e.g., Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna etc.).
