Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with Director.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other related documents.
  • Support in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Employee engagement / Employee relations

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or similar HR roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (e.g., Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
