Job Title: HR Recruiter (Female)

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive female HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete recruitment process: requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.

Coordinate with internal departments to identify manpower needs.

Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

Assist HR team with general HR tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.

Proficient in MS Office.

Candidates should be residing near Kandivali West.

Immediate joiners preferred.
