Job Title: HR Recruiter – Full-Time (Immediate Joiner)

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Support HR operations and assist in onboarding new hires.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
