Key Responsibilities

  • Understand manpower requirements from department heads/clients.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Handle salary discussions, offer roll-outs, and follow-up until onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future requirements.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction support for new hires.
  • Maintain strong candidate and client relationships for repeat hiring needs.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle & HR policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
