Key Responsibilities
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads/clients.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Handle salary discussions, offer roll-outs, and follow-up until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future requirements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction support for new hires.
- Maintain strong candidate and client relationships for repeat hiring needs.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Negotiation and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle & HR policies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
