Position: HR Recruitment Executive/Intern with PPO

Location: Noida

Start Date: Immediately, from 20th October January

Internship Duration: Three months

Compensation: 12K to 25k (Fixed + Variables). Depending on the last drawn and discussion.

Responsibilities

● Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring.

● Source and screen candidates for multiple roles.

● Close 40-50 positions per month.

● Collaborate with hiring managers for role requirements.

● Ensure timely and efficient candidate onboarding.

Requirements:

● Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in bulk hiring.

● Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

● Excellent communication skills.

● Must be comfortable working from the office.

● Immediate Joiner.

Shift Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM, 6 days working.
