HR Recruiter (Blue Collar RecruitmentLocation: 10th of Ramadan City – B4

We’re looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team at RAVIN.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial or factory recruitment, especially in hiring production workers, sewing operators, and warehouse staff.
This role is essential to support our ongoing expansion and ensure we attract and retain the best workforce for our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions — from posting jobs to onboarding.
• Source candidates through different channels such as local recruitment offices, job fairs, referrals, and social media.
• Coordinate closely with department heads to understand manpower needs.
• Screen and interview candidates effectively to ensure proper job matching.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate pipelines.
• Support HR operations when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial or factory recruitment (blue-collar hiring is a must).
• Strong understanding of recruitment sources within industrial zones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
