Attar Logistics Pvt. Ltd is URGENTLY HIRING for HR Recruiter at their Corporate Office

Overview:

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to manage recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Recruitment- Sourcing, Screening and Alignment.
• Onboarding of employees using the HRMS software
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation properly.
• Support engagement activities and grievance handling.
• Interaction with 3rd Party Vendors for Security, Housekeepers, Helpers and Labors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of HR experience.
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi and Punjabi).
• Knowledge of HRIS tools and labor regulations.

Salary: Cash in-hand: 20k-22k + PF + Medical Insurance
