Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Location: Vadodara
Salary: ₹15,000 + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Work on various industry requirements including IT, non-IT, sales, admin, and operations roles.

Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media to attract top talent.

Maintain a strong candidate database and ensure timely closures.

Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and deliver results.

Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Target-oriented & self-motivated
Knowledge of HR tools, job boards & sourcing techniques
