HR Recruiter

• Talent acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and identify top talent.
• Sourcing and screening: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates. Screen resumes and applications to find qualified individuals
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and extending offers
• Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
• Market insights: Stay up-to-date on hiring trends and best practices in the HR field.
• Manage entire HR Functions including onboarding to Exit
• Payroll processing

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
