HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Assist in hiring for various sectors such as Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, Education, and more.
• Learn and contribute to talent acquisition strategies, including headhunting for key roles.
• Utilize modern recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely hiring.

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
• Freshers with a passion for recruitment and people management are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and social media hiring is a plus.
