Job Title: HR Recruiter & Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role blends recruitment responsibilities with operations coordination to ensure smooth logistics and talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Operations Coordination: Assist with daily logistics operations like shipment scheduling, inventory management, and communication between teams.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates, operations data, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics operations or willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Logistics/operations experience.
  • Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
