Looking for Experienced 1 TO 1.5 Years of HR IT Recruitment Experience

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct initial HR rounds.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure smooth hiring cycles.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database for future hiring requirements.
  • Draft and release offer letters, joining letters, and onboarding communication.
  • Conduct background verification and reference checks.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Handle employee onboarding and documentation (ID creation, induction, joining kit).
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
