We’re looking for a driven recruiter who knows the Dubai hiring landscape inside out and can attract strong talent for a growing real estate brokerage. The focus is on building a reliable pipeline of agents, while also supporting hiring needs across other departments as the company expands. This role suits someone who’s confident navigating the local market and can keep recruitment moving with consistency and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, assess, and onboard candidates for agent roles and other key positions across the brokerage.
  • Build and manage a steady hiring pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting.
  • Screen CVs, run initial interviews, and coordinate next steps with department heads.
  • Create and run recruitment campaigns targeted to Dubai’s talent market.
  • Produce social media content and posts aimed at attracting potential candidates.
  • Track hiring activity and provide regular updates on pipeline status and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure all candidate documentation and onboarding steps meet UAE standards.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, networking functions, and industry gatherings.

Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience in Dubai (mandatory; real estate experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and headhunting techniques.
  • Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and hiring practices.
  • Clear, confident communication and strong interview skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
