  • Recruitment strategy and process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes identifying staffing needs, creating and posting job descriptions, and developing recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate sourcing: Source and attract qualified candidates through various online channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening and interviewing: Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align on the ideal candidate profile.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the hiring process and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
  • Employer branding: Help build a strong employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical skills: Experience with recruitment software, databases, and online recruitment channels.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and labor market trends.
  • Soft skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,529.95 - ₹30,401.82 per month
