- Recruitment strategy and process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes identifying staffing needs, creating and posting job descriptions, and developing recruitment strategies.
- Candidate sourcing: Source and attract qualified candidates through various online channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening and interviewing: Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align on the ideal candidate profile.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the hiring process and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
- Employer branding: Help build a strong employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
