We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our IT hiring requirements. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements for IT positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and technical panels.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support HR team in recruitment-related documentation and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training can be provided).
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
  • Freshers are welcome; up to 6 months of IT recruitment experience is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
