We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our IT hiring requirements. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and technical panels.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support HR team in recruitment-related documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training can be provided).
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome; up to 6 months of IT recruitment experience is an added advantage.
