Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on multiple platforms.
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct resume screening and initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–6+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Mandatory or preferred experience in real estate hiring.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Understanding of real estate roles and industry requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
