Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on multiple platforms.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct resume screening and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–6+ years of recruitment experience.
- Mandatory or preferred experience in real estate hiring.
Key Skills
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of real estate roles and industry requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
