HR Recruiter

we are looking for an energetic and communicative HR – Calling Profile to join our HR team. The role involves calling scheduling interviews, maintaining databases, and assisting with The ideal candidate must be confident on the phone, have a good understanding of recruitment processes, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to explain job roles and assess their interest and suitability.
• Source and screen candidates via job portals, referrals, and databases.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and follow-ups in Excel or an ATS.
• Handle daily recruitment tasks and provide timely updates to the recruitment team
• Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Other languages as needed]
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
