Exeprience: 6 months -1 year.
J.D.:
- Talent Sourcing: Posting jobs, networking, using social media, finding candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone/video/in-person interviews, assessing skills and fit.
- Collaboration: Working with hiring managers to define roles and needs, and with HR on processes.
- Offer Management: Negotiating salaries, benefits, and extending offers.
- Onboarding Support: Assisting with new employee integration.
- Database Management: Maintaining records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strategy: Developing recruitment strategies and tracking key metrics .
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Experience in recruitment (full-cycle preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with HR software, ATS, and online sourcing tools.
