Position Title: Recruiter(NON IT)
Department: Human Resources / Recruitment
Location: VASHI, Navi Mumbai
Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Core Recruiter. This position involves identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates for a variety of roles in line with company requirements. As a core recruiter, you will play a key role in driving the talent acquisition process by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates via calls, assessments, and initial screenings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Candidate Sourcing:
Actively source potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal referrals. Leverage databases and other resources to build a robust talent pipeline.
· Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and overall fit for the role. Evaluate resumes, portfolios, and other credentials to determine suitability.
· Candidate Engagement:
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback. Foster positive relationships to enhance the candidate experience.
· Reporting & Metrics:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate sourcing channels, and candidate quality. Provide regular updates to the recruitment team or management on progress.
Experience:
Up to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on phone screening, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
Experience in high-volume recruitment or working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage candidates effectively and professionally.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, Naukri).
Ability to assess resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening methodologies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
