HR Recruiter

We’re Hiring: Recruiter (End-to-End Recruitment)

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off, Saturday Half Day)

Salary: Upto 20k in hand + Uncapped Incentives

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. This role requires someone who can identify, attract, and onboard the right talent while ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

-Understand client requirements and create effective hiring strategies.

-Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

-Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.

-Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

-Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

What We’re Looking For:

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

-Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).

-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
