Job Title: HR Recruiter
Gender : Female
Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience.
Salary : Upto 25k CTC.
Working Days : Mon to Fri
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Colleges and Universities for campus hiring.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates along with salary negotiations.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment ( IT, Marketing, Operations etc.)
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
