Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our overseas consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for international placements in sectors such as healthcare, engineering, hospitality, and skilled trades. You will work closely with clients and candidates to ensure successful overseas hiring in accordance with immigration and visa regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through various job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, language skills, and readiness for overseas opportunities.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and international clients or agencies.

Ensure compliance with international hiring standards, and documentation.

Maintain and update candidate databases and records.

Build relationships with overseas employers, recruitment partners, and agencies.

Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and promotional events.

Prepare and present weekly reports on recruitment status to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree.
