HR Recruiter

As IT Recruiter , candidate needs to manage the full hiring cycle: understanding needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing/screening candidates via job boards, social media, and networks, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding, all while partnering with hiring managers to find talent that fits the company culture and goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
