We’re Hiring | HR Recruiter (Immediate Joiner)

KYG Estate X is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team at Noida.

Location: Noida Sec 90

Position: HR Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers are welcome)

Joining: Immediate joiner required

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & referrals
• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records

• Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
