I. Company Background

With rapid business expansion across UAE and UK, the HR function plays a critical role in building a strong workforce, ensuring compliance, and providing seamless employee experience.

II. Scope of Work

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to support daily HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, HRMS maintenance, and administrative workflow. The candidate will work closely with the Head of HR, supporting UAE HR Recruitment, and ensure smooth onboarding, HR compliance, record-keeping, and office administration activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information professionally.

III. Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Documentation • Maintain complete employee files (soft and hard copy) in compliance with DMCC and company standards. • Prepare HR documents: offer letters, contracts, addendums, NOCs, salary certificates, warnings, etc. • Support creation and updates of employee HRMS records, personal files, leaves, payroll inputs. • Maintain trackers for attendance, leave management, overtime, employee data. • Support policy implementation and SOP adherence.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support • Manage job postings on various job boards and LinkedIn. Source profiles, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment tracker. • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview alignment. • Conduct initial HR screening if required. • Handle candidate communication and onboarding coordination.

3. HRMS & Data Management • Maintain HRMS entries (Bayzat / other platforms): o Leaves o Attendance o Employee documents o Basic payroll inputs • Ensure accuracy of employee data across systems.

4.Office Administration • Oversee stationary, office workstations, pantry, courier, housekeeping coordination. • Manage office access cards, seating plans, meeting rooms. • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, or service requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • 4-6 years of HR & Admin experience.
  • UAE experience mandatory; DMCC experience highly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and HR admin functions.
  • Experience with HRMS systems (Bayzat, Zoho People, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
