Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

Intify Solar Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Recruiters to support our growing team. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates who are interested in building a career in recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records
• Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Following up with candidates during the hiring process

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes (preferred)
