About the Role
We are a fast-growing ecommerce company looking for a proactive and high-performing Recruiter to join our HR team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely closures for a wide range of critical positions (customer service, merchandising, supply chain, warehouse, finance, etc.).
This is a key position that directly supports our growth speed. We are looking for someone mature, responsible, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Understand hiring needs from HRBP.
- Prepare JDs and job postings across Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, and local channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/online interviews.
- Schedule interviews with managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage offer negotiation and coordinate onboarding.
2. Pipeline Management & Tracking
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate pipelines.
- Provide daily/weekly recruitment status reports.
- Ensure all hiring SLAs are met (time-to-fill, interview ratio, joining ratio).
3. Employer Branding & Market Mapping
- Build strong relationships with candidates.
- Identify local talent pools and hiring channels.
- Support HRBP in employer branding activities.
4. Recruitment Operations
- Maintain hiring dashboards.
- Coordinate background checks and documentation.
- Support HRBP in interview panel training if required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably ecommerce / retail / FMCG / startup).
- Strong knowledge of local hiring channels and talent pools.
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
- Ability to work with urgency and meet hiring targets.
- Mature, responsible, and professional in attitude.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Sheets and ATS tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
