Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for the Insurance / BFSI sector

Source, screen & shortlist candidates for General Insurance / Health / Life Insurance roles

Manage interviews, coordination, and follow-ups

Maintain recruitment reports & ensure timely closures

Requirements:

Prior experience in Insurance sector hiring is must

Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, references)

Good communication & quick hiring ability
