Salary Budget: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Preference: Candidates with BPO hiring experience

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should be able to source, assess, and close suitable profiles within defined timelines, especially for BPO requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower needs to onboarding candidates
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal database, references, and networking
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain regular follow-ups
• Manage offer roll-outs, salary negotiation, and joining formalities
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
• Handle both bulk hiring and niche hiring based on business requirements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment
• Strong experience in BPO hiring preferred
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
