Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring of suitable candidates while maintaining recruitment quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Security, Surveillance, Technical, Back Office, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.), social media, referrals, and walk-ins
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule face-to-face interviews
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and coordinate joining formalities
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Support basic HR operations as and when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience in hospitality / hotel / casino industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of hospitality roles and shift-based hiring
- Ability to meet hiring targets within deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
