Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring of suitable candidates while maintaining recruitment quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Security, Surveillance, Technical, Back Office, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.), social media, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule face-to-face interviews
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and coordinate joining formalities
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires
  • Support basic HR operations as and when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience in hospitality / hotel / casino industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of hospitality roles and shift-based hiring
  • Ability to meet hiring targets within deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
