Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles, including Sales professionals, Accounting staff, and IT Field Engineers. This role requires strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, along with the ability to partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Source, attract, and engage candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Manage recruitment pipelines for Sales, Accounting, and IT Field Engineer positions.
- Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct resume reviews, initial phone screenings, and competency-based interviews.
- Assess candidates’ technical skills, domain knowledge, and cultural fit.
- Recruitment Process Management
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain structured recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Reporting & Metrics
- Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
