Primary Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract candidates using various platforms (on job portals and online platform).
• Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
• Hiring: Coordinate interviews, manage the selection process, negotiate offers, and oversee pre-boarding.
• Administration: Maintain data integrity in the ATS and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire).
