HR Recruiter

We have an opening for an HR Recruiter in one of the leading staffing companies based in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional who can handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,523.50 - ₹29,540.68 per month
