  • Assist in the recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats
  • Support payroll processing through accurate attendance and leave data
  • Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, warning, etc.)
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement .
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits or inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
