- Assist in the recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats
- Support payroll processing through accurate attendance and leave data
- Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, warning, etc.)
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in organizing employee engagement .
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits or inspections
