The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates to meet the organization’s manpower requirements. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, coordination with department heads, and ensuring timely onboarding of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand manpower requirements from various departments
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Verify candidate documents and conduct background checks
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding process
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws
- Maintain recruitment reports and MIS
- Support HR activities like employee engagement and documentation when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (hospital/healthcare experience preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and interview techniques
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
