Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher & Experienced)
Location: Sodala, Vivek Vihar, Jaipur
Work Type: Full-Time (Office Based)
Salary Range:Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (In Hand)
Experienced (Min. 1 Year): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In Hand)Preferred Experience: Consultancy hiring, recruitment in BFSI, NBFC, BPO & * Logistics Industries
Job Overview: We are hiring HR Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple industries. Ideal candidates should be proactive, confident, and capable of handling bulk and corporate hiring efficiently.
Key Responsibilities* Source, screen & shortlist candidates for various roles
* Handle bulk & corporate hiring across multiple sectors*
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates* Maintain recruitment databases and daily activity reports
* Understand client requirements and ensure timely closures* Manage job postings on portals & social platforms
Skills & Preferred Experience*
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
* Basic understanding of recruitment cycle* Ability to work under deadlines
* Good negotiation & interpersonal skills*
Knowledge of job portals (Shine/Naukri/Indeed/LinkedIn) – added advantage
