The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring the company attracts and hires the right talent. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from department heads or managers.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and social media channels.
- Source potential candidates using databases, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates based on job criteria.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess communication skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate technical or final interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets, records, and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage offer letters, negotiate salary when necessary, and ensure timely onboarding.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Represent the company professionally during hiring events or job drives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Strong interviewing and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Good understanding of candidate sourcing methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Strong judgment and decision-making ability.
