Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment activities and making outbound Calls for various campaigns or business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Recruitment:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Coordinating and following up with candidates
• Maintaining recruitment-related records and reports

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Google Sheets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
