Job description

1 Design and update job descriptions

2 Sourcing & Screening ( Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed etc)

3 Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

5 Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

6 Schedule interviews by coordinating with respective team leaders, arrange technical tool tests for technical roles.

7 Job posting on various job portals & manage the responses

8 Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

9 Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

10 Maintaining Reacruitment Trackers & pipeline . Submitt monthly reports

11 Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

12 Co- ordinattion with recruitment vendors

13 Assist HR team in on-boarding process ( joining forms , documentation)

14 Assist HR team in celebrations & corporate event management.

Skills Required

1 Excellent communication skills in English , Hindi & Marathi

2 Stronge co-ordination skills

3 Well versed with Google forms & microsoft teams

4 Basic IT & Non IT hiring skills

Recruiter Requirements:

  • MBA in human resources.
  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
