Role Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles across sales, operations, visa, customer service, marketing, and support functions. This role demands strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to attract high-quality candidates who align with TravelPaa’s culture and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
  • Understand manpower requirements by partnering with department heads.
  • Create job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals, social media, and internal networks.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and offline channels.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for future requirements.

2. Recruitment Operations

  • Plan and execute recruitment drives for sales and travel consultants.
  • Manage candidate communication professionally to ensure a positive employer brand experience.
  • Coordinate with department managers to schedule interviews and feedback.
  • Draft and roll out offer letters, appointment letters, and salary negotiation support.

3. HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain updated recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies during hiring.
  • Complete pre-boarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

4. Employer Branding

  • Promote TravelPaa as an employer of choice across recruitment platforms.
  • Assist in creating hiring creatives, job ads, and social media HR posts.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and partnership programs with institutes.

5. Additional HR Support (as required)

  • Assist with induction, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
