- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to evaluate applicants.
- Schedule interviews with department heads and coordinate the interview process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Draft and send offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment-related reports and documentation.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
