Job Title: HR Recruiter

Industry: Broking / Financial Services

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in the broking/financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and coordination with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for broking and financial roles (Wealth Manager, Relationship Manager, Sales, Operations, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
  • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new joiners
  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage offer rollouts
  • Maintain employee data and recruitment records as per company policy
  • Support HR operations and compliance activities when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field
  • Proven experience in broking, BFSI, or financial services recruitment
  • Strong understanding of financial products and sales roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and HR portals
